Neuropsychologist & Assistant Professor
Dr. Tanisha Hill-Jarrett is a neuropsychologist and a Global Atlantic Fellow for Equity in Brain Health at the University of California San Francisco. Her research focuses on measuring and tracking how intersecting systems of racism and sexism impact cognitive aging and risk of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias among Black women. She seeks to identify strategies, centering Black women, to build a future rooted in equity. She develops community-oriented programs that use Afrofuturism and creativity as tool for Black women's brain health and wellness.
